Ma Grace truly changed my life as a Christian Youth! From being an introvert with little confidence, I began to grow through her leadership, wisdom, and patience. During my lowest moment, her words, "Lead yourself before you try to lead others" changed me. She will always be my best mentor and spiritual leader !

Grace is an incredible leader in action, driven by her heart to empower the people around her through shared agency. Her unique cross cultural fluency and ability to navigate socially transgressive situations with so much maturity has inspired the way I communicate with teammates and senior partners in YEY! Since 9th grade, Grace has always pushed me to reflect deeply and grow with confidence she has built within me :)

FAQ's
Who is this mentoring for?
For youths and young adults (ages 13–20) who feel confused about life direction, education, career choices, confidence, habits, or general personal growth — and want guidance from someone who’s been there.
What happens in a mentoring session?
Each session is a 1:1 conversation focused on:
-
understanding what’s holding you back
-
finding clarity and direction
-
building confidence and discipline
-
setting goals that actually make sense
-
creating steps you can follow immediately
It’s practical, honest, and personalized to you.
Is this therapy?
No. Mentoring is not therapy.
It’s about guidance, clarity, mindset, habits, and life direction, not diagnosing or treating mental health issues.
Do I need to already know my goals to join?
No! Most people come because they don’t know their goals.
Mentoring helps you figure out:
-
what you want
-
why you feel stuck
-
what direction fits your strengths
-
and how to move forward with confidence
Can I talk about personal struggles?
Yes. This is a safe, judgment-free space.
You can talk about school, family, friendships, confidence issues, burnout, fear of the future — anything you’re comfortable sharing.
Do I need to be Christian?
No. Mentoring is for everyone.
I may add values-based guidance, but it’s not religious, and there’s no requirement for belief.
Can parents book this for their child?
No. The youth themselves must book it — mentorship only works if you’re personally ready for it.
